Refunds are normally not provided once premium access has been granted or paid content has been unlocked.
If a payment is successfully processed but the purchased feature is not delivered because of a verified technical issue, users may contact support for assistance.
Each request will be reviewed individually. TruthLoop reserves the right to determine eligibility for exceptional refund requests where applicable by law.
